Trained & Experienced Personnel
All key personnels have been serving LCC for a substantial
number of years, ranging from 5 to 25 years, and they
have accumulated sufficient experiences and knowledge
of their jobs.
Management & Supervisory Our management staff and supervisors are regularly
sent to attend relevant upgrading courses. These courses

Front-Line Workers
We have about 200 permanent crews / on-call basis workers
for deployment to perform jobs at various worksites.
Our in-house instructor will conduct SOC / SIC training
to the crews, which covers theory as well as practical
(ie. on-the-job training). The crews will be awarded
with the SOC certificate after they have passed the
training.
Licensed steersman and the line handlers are comprehensively
trained before permitting them to carry out operations
independently.
To conclude on the above, our mooring boats and
crew are performing their jobs round the clock at
several offshore islands, besides the mainland. As
such, we are readily prepared to mobilize our resources
to provide our services island-wide even for emergency
jobs as and when requested by our clients.
